Howard has been with Allstate since 1998. He took over the Salt Lake office from his father who owned the office from 1966-1998. In 2003, he opened a second office in Farmington, Utah. He relies on the help of five insurance agents that contribute to the success of his insurance agency.

Since being with Allstate for 13 years, Howard has been honored for 10 years by Allstate as Chairman Award Winner (top 3% of Allstate agencies nationwide), and the other 3 years as National Award Winner (Top 10% of Allstate agencies Nationally).
